I lol’d…

This was a failure!
I’m making a note here:
“epic fail”

It’s hard to overstate
My irritation.

Blizzard I.T. Team:
We let servers crash
Because we can.

For the good of all your cash.
Except the ones who are broke.

But there’s no sense crying
Over our mistakes.
You just keep on F5′ing
Till you run out of faith.
And the site remains down.
And you can’t help but frown.
For the people who will
Press F5.

We’re not even angry…
I’m being so sincere right now-
Even though you spammed the site,
And killed it.

And tore it to pieces.
And threw every piece into a fire.
As they burned it hurt because
I was so happy for you!

Now, these points of data
Make a beautiful line.
Now just play the beta.
we never release on time!
So i’m glad the site crashed-
We’ll still gladly take your cash-
For the people who will
Press F5.

You will forgive me…
You will prefer to stay inside…
Maybe you’ll find someone else
To help you?
Maybe The Lich King?
That was a joke! haha!! fat chance!!

Anyway your cash is great!
It’s so fun to take from you!

Look at me: still talking
When there’s fixing to do!
When i look out there,
It makes me glad i’m not you.

I’ve XML to run.
There is crashing to be done.
On the people who will
Press F5.
And believe you will
Press F5.
We are crashing while you
Press F5.
We are laughing while you
Press F5.
While you’re dying you will
Press F5.
And when you’re dead you will
Press F5.

Press F5.

Press F5.

EBGames Makes a Funny

My favorite online gaming retailer, EBGames.com, just recently added a few new features to their site.  One of the bullet points made me lol.

  • Self-service credit card expiration updates - (Very handy when pre-ordering Blizzard products several years before they “Get it just right.”)

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen bits of humor scattered into their site in really random places.  Know your audience, I guess.  Haha, know your providers as well?

They are also slowly but surely integrating with GameStop, if I’m not mistaken, slow and steady.
