Original postThe gaming implications are pretty rad, it would take some adjusting to but I think for the most part I wouldn’t mind if all keyboards went this way!

Original postThis game looks fantastic. It’s mindlessly simple but it’s all about the style and animation. I feel like I could/would do a bit more with the music stuff, but the breakdancing minigame at the end is a nice piece of punctuation. OR SHOULD I SAY PUNCTUASIAN.
OH MAN.
PLUS IT LITERALLY HAS MY NAME ON IT.

Original postI’m not sure how much of this is from The Ghost Breakers, which was a film that came out in 1940 that was about a group of guys fighting ghosts, haha. It’s a little more Scooby-Do then Ghostbusters but it’s cool.
Mr. Dude here edited together a trailer of what Ghostbusters would be like if it was shot back in the day:

“In an impressive mix of visual sciences and sci-fi, the ICT Graphics Lab at USC has created a low-costvolumetric 3-D display that brings every kid’s hologram dreams closer to reality.”
Basically a mirror spins around faster then hell and it projects images on it in what I believe to be the right perspective at the time you’d be looking at the specific angle. It looks like it’s projecting literally thousands of frames a second, according to the video here, at the beginning.

I have heard the Picard Song many times in the past, but I was teasing Saitenyoyooyo just now and happened to come across this video that someone made of the Picard Song:
It includes the actual footage from many of the samples!
Original postMore excitement/frustration. I have this big idea that combines music and games and a few other things that I’ve been trying to get to happen for many a year now. Every so often something comes out that touches upon a few things and makes me hold my breath a bit until I see it’s not my exact idea haha.
This is one of those instances, a very awesome game. Super simple but effective. I’m going to have to fire up my Wii and give it a shot.

This might possibly be the picture that ends the internet:

Yes, this is what he does.
This is an American remake of what is quite possibly my favorite game ever. Yes, it’s a bold statement but it’s that awesome.
Go here and click on “Rhythm Games” and look at all the demos… it’s amazing.
Original postInsanely inspirational. I missed this live, but the slideshow gives a good jist of things.

YOU NEED TO SEE THIS.
If you watch any one, go to ‘green porno 1′ and watch praying mantis. Honestly awesome production value, I’m really impressed with all the paper props they made.
This was one of the best movies I’ve seen in a while. So amazingly dark and evocative. I forgot that I was watching a batman movie like five times. It really made you think. Everyone lost something. Wow, go see it.
